Stay in well-lit areas and only visit homes where there is adequate street lighting.

Take a torch with you so that you can see and be seen.

Stay in a group and never go out alone.

Take extra care when crossing roads and always ensure drivers can see you.

If a property displays a "No Trick or Treat" sign, please respect their wishes and do not knock on the door.

Never enter a stranger's home.

Always be respectful and considerate of others.
